Prior World was conceived by Doug Frohman and Chuck Duff as a musical vehicle to travel beyond the borders of traditional jazz improvisation -– creating layered landscapes where modern sounds of guitars, synthesizers and sampling mix freely with traditional percussion and voices of world music.
